Amelie Bows Out of Wimbledon
Amelie lost her round of 16 Match today vs number 1 seed Dinara Safina in 3 tight sets 6-4 , 3-6 ,4-6 Amelie pushed Safina to the limit but in the end fell short in 2 hours and 9 mins of play , Amelie like always was gracious in defeat , Still a good run at Wimbledon this year .ALLEZ AMELIE

Momosova Lose
Amelie and Kuzzy lost their 3rd round Doubles match to Stoser/Stubbs 3-6 ,2-6 .Even though they lost Amelie and Kuzzy were their usual Smiling Happy selves and did not seem to care about the loss . Good Luck Next Time .
Into the Round of 16
Amelie is Into the Round of 16 at Wimbledon beating Flavia Pennetta yesterday 7-5 , 6-3 to set up a clash wit World Number one Dinara Safina on Center Court Monday . Amelie won her fist match at Wimbledon yesterday beating Melinda Czink in 3 sets 6-1 ,4-6 , 6-2 Amelie played a great 1s set winning it in just 19 mins and had a concentration proplem in the second but came bac to win it in the 3rd Amelie won the match in 1 hour and 20 min she had 11EU , 10 Aces a serve of 62 % along with 7DF . Amelie loss her second match at Eastbourne today Amelie lost to Ekaterina Makarova 6 (8)-7 , 6 (13) - 7 in a match that lasted over 2 Hours . Amelie had plenty of chances but could not pull out the win . Better Luck next time.
In other news Amelie will be seeded 17th at Wimbledon this year and will be playing doubles with Svetlana and they are seeded 16th in Doubles this year . Good Luck at Wimbledon

Amélie began training on grass last Monday to prepare for the Eastbourne tournament ...
The departure is planned Thursday for England. Amélie: "I'm happy to go play on grass and start a tournament that I know well and who will be this year a mixed tournament as boys have the tournament schedule. This gives a different atmosphere in the competition and allows move rapidly into the atmosphere of the Grand Slam tournaments. I then go directly to Wimbledon! "
