Amelie decided not to participate in two tournaments in Asia.
Amelie will not play in Asia. As she said a few weeks ago she must be fresh physically and wants to be able to deliver a 100% match and take a maximum of pleasure. Amelie keeps with the goal tournaments in Linz and Luxembourg for the end of the season.

Amelie in training :
Amelie is actually in training for the upcoming 2 tournaments in Asia:Tokyo and Beijing .
Amelie: " My return from New York was very difficult because I was not satisfied with my performance at the USO despite the hopes that the semis in New Haven had brought me the week before.After a few days of rest,I went back to training with the goal of finding the utmost pleasure in order to be in a good mind frame in Asia and for the end of the season.I'll follow up with tournaments in Linz and Luxembourg" .

Out of Us Open
Amelie lost in the 2nd round at the 2009 Us Open the loss was a shock ,She lost 4-6, 0-6. Better Luck Next Time

1st Round Win
Amelie Beat Tatjana Malek 6-3,6-4 today to win her !st round match at the 2009 US Open Amelie only needed 1 Hour and 21 min to close out the match .Good Luck Next Round
